However, the reception staff are some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Incredibly short, blunt and the smallest thing seems like I'm inconveniencing their entire day. If it wasn't for the excellent work of the actual Drs. This place would surely close in a month.
- Karyn Added March 17, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The rudest reception staff, one with short hair the worst of all. Shouts at you, despite being aged I am not deaf. Discussed with dr nothing changes. This surgery has no ability to see past the dollar. I am forced to see a dr because of my problem but since it went into new hands gone downhill. Hard to get in and rarely on time.

- Ros Jackson Added March 13, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have been with this surgery for 30 years since Dr Banks retired the service has gone down the drain.The Staff are very rude and are not helpful at all,the last helpful and pleasant receptionist that was there has left and that was Leslie.If this is the way you treat a loyal patient, I hate to see how new patients are treated.Dr Bender is great and is the only reason I am still.a patient

We have used this as our family practice for ten years now and would never consider going elsewhere.
