  Don't go much on the so called store greeter had head in his phone .
  Asked staff for location of certain product and got huh! as a response, rescued by another staff member thank goodness.
  Need to up their game a little

  Wow!! Awesome customer service. I needed an unusual product and without delay they became a distributor, placed the order and let me know when it arrived. Thanks Cherry

  Don’t go to this chemist. Older staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Treated me like a was a felon when I asked for a cough syrup that was behind the counter. Didn’t listen to my needs and ended up with a cough syrup not right for my dry cough.

  These guys are a lifeline open public holidays when you have to work and don't get to go to chemist regular time they were open thanks again

  Was looking at colognes for about 20 minutes looked around for help and saw another male getting help so I waited. After the worker was done helping him I tried to get the workers attention but they ignored. So went to the counter and the worker signed because they had to service me. I asked about a product’s price as it didn’t have a price on it. They went and got the product. Then when I as asked about if they have or didn’t have they have a product she told me no without looking they didn’t so I said I’ll have to try looking somewhere else for it and she alighted and said good luck with that in a demeaning tone.
  Most of the time it’s nice to shop here but today it was bad customer service and that has changed how I view this place.

  Great that they have late opening hours. Makes it really easy to pick up stuff on the way home without feeling rushed.
